1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
• Full details (date, time, pickup location, service type) are required.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

2. Service Hours

• Standard service is 10–12 hours per day for bookings with driver.
• Overtime charges may apply for extended hours.

3. Rates & Payments

• Rates depend on location, duration, and service type.
• Fuel (diesel) is not included unless stated.
• Payments must be settled before or at the start of service.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Last-minute cancellations may be subject to charges.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

5. Driver & Safety

• Our drivers will operate within safe driving hours.
• Maximum driving time is 12 hours per day.
• Passengers must follow safety and conduct guidelines.

6. Vehicle Use (With Driver)

• No smoking inside the vehicle.
• Avoid excessive dirt or damage.
• Any damages caused by passengers may be charged.

7. Self-Drive Rental Policy

(Self-drive is subject to approval)

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Minimum age: 25 years old
• 2 valid government IDs
• Security deposit required

Rules:

• Vehicle must be returned in the same condition
• Fuel is not included
• Late returns may incur additional charges
• Customer is responsible for any damage, traffic violations, or misuse

8. Liability

• First Class Van Rental is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for personal belongings.

9. Prohibited Activities & Late Returns

• Smoking, illegal activity, and unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited.
• Late returns may result in additional charges based on the agreed rental schedule.

10. Renter Responsibility & Liability

• The renter is responsible for any damage, fines, penalties, or losses incurred during the rental period.
• This includes traffic violations, parking fines, and vehicle damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• All costs will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if terms are not followed.

12. Agreement

By booking our service, you acknowledge and agree to all terms stated above.
